Return and Refund
At Home Elegance, we understand that sometimes products may not meet the expectations of our customers.

To ensure a hassle-free return process, we accept all Home Elegance products shipped within the UAE.

The following conditions must be met for a successful refund:
Products should be returned in their original condition within 14 days from the date of delivery.

Products must be unused and returned in the same box and packaging as they were delivered.

All original documents must be included with the returned product.
Any items that are used, altered, or damaged will not be accepted and no refunds will be issued.

If the product meets these conditions, we will process the return within 5 working days of receiving the product. The refund will be credited to the same credit or debit card (Visa or Mastercard) that was used for the purchase.

Please note that shipping charges, customs fees, and taxes (if any) are non-refundable.
